- Honor Tradition: Respect the historical roots and traditions of European Martial Arts. Learn and uphold the values and principles of the martial arts styles practiced within the club.
- Continuous Learning: Strive for continuous improvement and learning in both technical skills and historical knowledge related to European martial arts.
- Inclusivity and Diversity: Embrace and celebrate diversity within the club. Ensure that all members feel welcome and included regardless of their background, identity, or skill level.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and disagreements in a respectful and constructive manner. Avoid engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying.
- Equipment Care: Respect club-owned equipment and facilities by using them responsibly and following proper maintenance and care procedures.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Show leadership by setting a positive example for fellow members, particularly newcomers. Offer guidance and support to those who are less experienced.
- Representing the Club: Represent the club with pride and integrity in all interactions within the martial arts community and beyond.
