The Whidbey Swordplay Association is a dynamic Historical European Martial Arts club! dedicated to preserving and practicing historical fencing techniques based on surviving manuals by renowned sword masters.

With a focus of 70% on in-depth learning, the group immerses itself in the rich history and intricacies of martial arts, studying a variety of weapons such as longsword, sword & buckler, smallsword, rapier, dagger, and polearms.

The remaining 30% of their practice is devoted to tournaments and competitive performance, providing members with opportunities to test their skills in a structured, challenging environment.
